Cancellation & refund policy
Plans change. This policy keeps cancellations fair for you and for our drivers. Last updated October 2026.
1. Cancellation by you

2. Bookings made well in advance
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup at no charge. Once the booking enters the windows above, the matching charge applies.
3. Same-day or urgent bookings
Special cancellation terms may apply. We tell you these before the booking is confirmed.
4. Rescheduling
- Change the date or pickup time, subject to driver availability.
- Ask at least 6 hours before pickup where possible.
- Any difference in fare for the new time or date applies.
- Same-day or last-minute changes may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
5. No-show
If you don't arrive at the pickup point within the agreed waiting period and can't be reached, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
6. Driver waiting time
If the driver has to wait at the pickup point, a waiting charge of ₹100 per hour applies.
7. If we cancel
We arrange a replacement driver, subject to availability and your confirmation. If we can't, you get a 100% refund for that booking and pay no cancellation charge.
8. Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Non-refundable gateway charges are deducted only if disclosed at payment.
9. How to cancel
Use the channel you booked through: website, WhatsApp or phone. The cancellation time is when we receive your request.
10. Important note
By confirming a booking you agree to these cancellation, rescheduling, waiting-time and refund terms. We may review exceptional cases based on the circumstances of the booking.
