By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking. Last updated: November 2026.

Service description

DriverOnDoor provides professional drivers for your own car, for personal and business travel: hourly drivers within Delhi NCR, outstation round trips and one-way trips, car drops, and permanent drivers.

Booking and confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we speak to you by phone or WhatsApp.
• Service depends on driver availability at the time of booking.
• Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or cancel a booking.

Pricing and payments

Fares depend on the service, duration, distance and timing, as listed on our rates page. One-way trips and car drops are priced by road distance. Extra charges may apply for:

• Pickups between 10 PM and 2 AM (night charge, ₹200) or between 2 AM and 6 AM (early morning charge, ₹200), added once per booking
• Time beyond the booked hours, at the published extra-hour rate
• Waiting at pickup, at ₹100 per hour
• On outstation round trips, the driver's food and stay, unless you arrange them yourself

The final fare is confirmed on the call or on WhatsApp before the service begins.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation charges depend on how long before pickup you cancel. See our cancellation and refund policy for the full terms.

Customer responsibilities

• Give accurate pickup, drop, date and time details when booking.
• Make sure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy to drive.
• Treat drivers with respect and professionalism throughout the service.

Driver responsibility

• Drivers drive your vehicle following standard, safe driving practice.
• Drivers are assigned for the booked service only and are not responsible for personal tasks beyond it.

Liability disclaimer

DriverOnDoor is a service provider that connects customers with professional drivers. We are not responsible for:

• The mechanical condition of the customer's vehicle
• Traffic delays or road conditions during travel
• Unforeseen incidents during the service

Please tell us about any dispute so we can resolve it. Our liability is limited to coordinating the service.

Service area

• Hourly drivers and permanent drivers: within Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida).
• Outstation trips and car drops: from Delhi NCR to cities across India.
• Availability may vary by location and time of booking.

User conduct

• Misuse of the service, abusive behaviour towards drivers or staff, or involvement in illegal activity may lead to immediate refusal of service.
• DriverOnDoor may refuse service to any customer at its discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be shown on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
