Information we collect
We may collect the following information when you use our services:
- Name and phone number
- Pickup and drop location details
- Booking details: date, time, service type, car type and any notes you add
- How you reached us, such as campaign and ad click identifiers
How we use your information
- To process and manage your booking
- To assign a suitable driver for your requirement
- To contact you to confirm or coordinate your booking
- To provide customer support when needed
WhatsApp and calls
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp, using the details you provide, to coordinate your booking and service. We contact you only for service-related purposes and do not send unsolicited messages.
Addresses and distances
When you type a pickup or drop address in our booking form or fare calculator, the text is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses and to work out the road distance for one-way trips and car drops. Google processes this under its own privacy policy.
Data sharing
Enquiry details are stored on our website server and in our private lead-management system (Notion), passed between them by an automation service (Make). They may be shared with a driver when necessary to provide the requested service. Website analytics and advertising measurement use Google and Meta technologies. When an enquiry is saved, we tell them a lead identifier, the service type, the estimated fare and a scrambled (one-way hashed) copy of your phone number, which lets them measure our ads without seeing the number. We do not send them your name or your addresses. Those providers may separately receive browser or device information through their website tags. We do not sell your enquiry details.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and use it only for service-related purposes. Your details are not stored in any public database.
