Do I need to download an app?
No. Book on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.
How far ahead should I book?
Booking a day ahead gives you the best chance of your preferred driver. For same-day trips, call or WhatsApp us and we'll tell you availability right away.
Do I pay anything to send a request?
No. Sending a booking request is free.
Can I change a booking after it's confirmed?
Yes, subject to driver availability. Ask at least 6 hours before pickup where possible. See rescheduling rules.
What if my driver cancels?
We arrange a replacement. If we can't, you get a 100% refund.
